The founder of this organization is Vijaya garu. This organization is established in the year 1992, started with 50 members and at present there are 100 members . Children from tha age of 6 to 14 years are present here. All the children here go to Municipal High School nearbey. This organization provides hostel facilities to this organization. All the childran here are studying from 3rd standard to 10th standard. Poor people children, orphans, semi-orphans, street children, are given shelter here. This organization is generally runned by local funds. Many organizations in local area such as Rotary Club, Vasavi Club, Lions Club give fundings to this organization. Vijaya garu got the thinking of maintaining a children orphanaze as her grandfather used to do social service so much. Hence Vijaya garu decided to start the orphanage in chilakaluripet which is maintained by herself and her husband.	Click Here for Album

Groceries and Fruits were given to children there. Apple is an orphanage organized by Sneha Latha garu. She is the founder of this organization. There are about 30 small children in this organization. They are orphans, semi orphans and poor children here. She takes care of these children providing them food, clothes. Government is giving free education to these children. There are no foreign funds or sponcerships to this organization. Sneha Latha garu maintains this only by local funds given in Vijayawada. This is established in the year 2001. Sneha Latha garu works in salvation army school. When she is working there, she used to read the letters of the sponcers who sponcered the poor children and she was inspired by these letters a lot. Sneha Latha garu said that "The people over there are thinking and sponcering our Indian Children, so I thought to contribute a little bit to poor children here". So she started this Apple Organization. Sneha Latha garu investts her total salary to this organization. She struggles a lot for this organization and her husband also supports a lot. Helping Hands Organization had given 25kgs of rice to this organization. At present Sneha Latha garu stopped doing her job and spends her total time here. There is friendly environment in this organization. When we visited this organization children were very happy. They showed their talent by dancing and singing. At present maintaining this organization is very difficult to Sneha Latha garu due to financial problems. All college students come to these children spend their whole day here. All the children are boys here. It is a small developing organization. The children here are very much cooperative with Sneha Latha garu they always adjust with what they have.	Click Here for Album

Groceries and fruits were given to children here. It is an school for physically handicapped and mentally retarded children .The founder and secretary of this school is Smt.D.Vasantha Kumari garu. As we asked her about the school. Vasantha Kumari garu said that they are middle class family with brothers and sisters .And the elder sister of Vasantha Kumari garu is physically hadicapped . Her sister is very much caring and loving person . And but she always used to worry about her life due to her problem .Then vasanta kumari garu decided to give support to her sister in her life. Then she heard about mahila sabha in Madras. Mahila Sabha is nothing but which gives a training to all these mentally retarded and physically handicapped people. The training is in preparing handicrafts and many other programs. She joined her sister in that institute . And her sister developed a lot there and know her sister is an women earning her own money and she got married and living happyly with two kids. Then Vasantha Kumari garu got an idea of serving many children suffering mantally and physically. Then she started doing courses like D.Ed, B.E.W., M.S.W,. And started the school with two children. Today it grown with 160 children in its school. This school mainly develops the mentally retarded children. Firstly they develop such children by giving physiotheraphy and some other. Later they join them in the school and develop them class by class. A special thing we have to observe is, all the children over here maximum are deaf, dum, mentally retarded, physically handicapped and so on. But each child is very special. Every one have talent in some aspects such as singing, drawing, dancing etc. A girl in this school is dum but she can draw any ones potrait by seing at a glance. The main aim of this school is that all these children can face the life challenges equally with the normal persons, with the upgradation of skills and build capacities towards self-sustained and empowered social development. A small thought of Vasantha Kumari garu of giving life to such innocent children is know serving 160 children. SKCV TRUST     VISITED DATE : November 03' 2009     ADDRESS: Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada Helping Hands conducted help in one of the branch of SKCV TRUST in Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada. Help was done on 03-11-09. This is boys orphanage. SKCV is a non-profit charity working for the homeless children. Groceries and Fruits were given to them. SKCV Trust is a hope for homeless children. It is a trust which takes care of street children, educates these children for their schooling. They are also giving coaching in various activities such as handicrafts, games, computer basics. All the children are given good freedom to select their interest. Any child who is not having any interest in education that particular child is given training in other aspects like computers, mechanic work, electrical work etc., depending upon his interest and all the things are done in an systematic manner here. They also have knowledge in Handicrafts. They decorate their rooms with the handicrafts. These children sell their handicrafts outside and earn their pocket money. All the children felt so happy when organization people visited them. This trust encourage their children by giving gifts to the toppers or best student award etc.
RURAL TRIBAL WELFARE ACTION     VISITED DATE : October 31' 2009     ADDRESS: c/o Dr. Venkatappaiyah Hospital     Phone Number:0866-2841428     Help was done in Rural Tribal Welfare Association on 31-10-09. This is an association started by an retired principal of college in Gudivada. Her name is Mrs.Sukanya. She started this association for the welfare of old women who were not taken care in their old age. The association is maintained by her. There are about 25 members in this old age home. All are women in this association. Groceries and fruits were given to the old people here. She also take cares whether all the old people were receiving pensions regularly. Groceries of about 2430/-rupees were given to them.
Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Vijayawada     VISITED DATE : October 17' 2009     ADDRESS: Phone Number:+(91)-(866)-2576101     Help was done in Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Vijayawada. Two Gas Stoves were given to them that worth of 1430 rupees. In Government Hospital, they don't have sufficient equipment to see the patients. As they said they need Gas Stoves, so Gas Stoves were given to them. This is an Ayurvedic Hospital. All treatments of ayurvedic for several diseases were given here. The only means for the old people for curing their dieases is Government Hospitals. There are many poor people taking treatment here.

SKCV is a non-profit charity working for the homeless children. SKCV is a hope for homeless children. It is a trust which takes care of street children. SKCV trust educates these children for their schooling. They are also giving coaching in various activities such as handicrafts, games, computer basics. Children here will just feel like their home. SKCV charity was founded in 1984 by N.S.MANIHARA garu. There are about 80 children in SKCV Vijayawada Trust which we visited recently. If any one sees any sick, hungry street children they can join these children in this trust by calling and emergency number. They can join them here or can give the information about them. There are many branches in vijayawada. There are many children who were bought up from this trust and were setteled in their lives. They are serving their trust even after they are settled.
TULASI VANAM     VISITED DATE : August 21' 2009     PLACE : Ganapavaram(Near Chilakaluripet)     ADDRESS: TULASI VANAM, Ganapavaram, Nadendla (Mandalam),     Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh     MOBILE : PH:08647-254279 On behalf of HELPING HANDS, help was done in TULASIVANAM on August 21' 2009, about 2565 rupees groceries and provisions were given to the old peope here. Its a newly started old age home. There are nearly 12 members members. They all are daily labours in the surrounding fields and get some money per day. They will not get food when there is no work. Most of the women here are alone. As they dont have children and getting daily food from Tulasi Vanam Old Age Home.
PRASANTHI OLD AGE HOME     VISITED DATE : July 05' 2009     PLACE : CHILAKALURIPET     ADDRESS : Bank Colony, Mobile:9346942350, The help was done at PRASANTHI OLD AGE HOME in CHILAKALURIPET. This old age home was running by mangamma garu. She is running this Old Age Home since four years. There are nearly 28 people who are staying in this old age home. some of them have children but they or not seeing them. When we ask one old man that dont u have children and why you are staying here? He said that my childern are in states and they have joined me here he replied. Some of them are in bad condition atleast not able to move. We have donated Groceries like 50kgs of Rice, Suger 2kgs, Kandippapu 3kgs, Minapagullu 3kgs, Bellam 1kg, Idly ravva 2kgs, Bombai ravva 2kgs, wheat powder 3kgs, onions 3kgs, Senaga pappu 1 kg, Tea powder,Tamarind 500 gms and we have distributed Jilebi and Mixture Total money spent for Prashanti Old Age Home by Helping Hands organisation is Rs.2524/-
AMMA OLD AGE HOME     VISITED DATE : June 04' 2009     PLACE : KESARAPALLI     ADDRESS : Amma Old Age Home, KESARAPALLI, Mobile:9949247202, Landline Ph:08676-254622 On behalf of Helping Hands, help was done in Kesarapalli in Amma Old Age Home. Help was done on 04-06-09 of this month. Groceries and fruits were given to the old people here. This is an old age home maintained by Cherukuri Sheela Garu. She is the Founder and President of this old age home. This is maintained from the year 1996. In this Old Age Home, some of the old people were completely in bed because of sickness. They are also taken care here. In this old age home there are some people who are paid. Totally 43 members are there. 20 for free and 23 members are paid.
ASHIRVAAD TRUST     VISITED DATE : May 16' 2009     PLACE : VIJAYAWADA     ADDRESS : AASHIRVAAD TRUST, NEAR NAGA SAI BABA TEMPLE, KABELLA CENTRE, VIJAYAWADA, PH:0866-2418799 We visited Ashirvaad Trust on 16-05-09 of this month on behalf of HELPING HANDS. Groceries and Fruits were given to the old people here. The chairmans of this Old Age Home are Kothamasu Ram Kumar garu and Pulipati Subba Rao garu. Every month these old people were given money and groceries by this trust. There are 27 members in this old age home. In this old age home there is an old women and her age is 108 years.
Vrudhula Samkshema Kendram     VISITED DATE : Aptil 12' 2009     PLACE : Vijayawada     ADDRESS : Vrudhula Seva Ashramam, Senior Citizens Forum, Kanuru, Vijayawada, Ph:6593677(0866) On behalf of HELPING HANDS, Help was done in Vrudhula Samkshema Kendram in Vijayawada on 12-04-09. This organization is maintained by trust named Senior Citizen Forum. The president of this organization is Mr. Chukkapalli kusalava garu. It has been maintained from 10 years in Kanuru . There are about 16 members old people in this old age home. Groceries, Fruits were given to these people on Sunday. All the funds given in this organization were fixed in bank and they use for Anna Danam and many more....
Girls Institute For Rehabilitation and Learning (G.I.R.L)     VISITED DATE : March 24' 2009     PLACE : Vijayawada     ADDRESS : GIRL INSTITUTE FOR REHABILITION AND LEARNING, D NO:27-21-17/1,UPSTAIRS, KALESWARA RAO ROAD, GOVERNOR PET, VIJAYAWADA - PH:0866-2430369 Help was done in Girls Institute For Rehabilitation and Learning of Vijayawada on March 24' 2009. The founder of this GIRL organization is Radhika Pemmaraju garu. There are about 30 small kids in this organization. All the kids here are orphans. Earlier Radhika garu had worked in S.K.C.V organization, a Street children charity. that is providing Indian homeless and orphan children with free medical treatment, nutrition, clothing, shelter, ..... She used to work as coordinator in that trust. She was so much inspired by this trust. Radhika garu started an individual girls foundation one year back.
Sri Krishna Vrudha Seva Ashramam     VISITED DATE : February 17' 2009     PLACE : Vijayawada     ADDRESS : Sri Krishna Vrudha Seva Ashramam, Abburi Vari Veedhi, Satynarayana Puram, Vijayawada Help was done in Sri Krishna Vrudha Seva Ashramam on February 17' 2009. This old age home is in Satyanarayana Puram. There are about 15 members in this old age home. On behalf of Helping Hands, Groceries and Fruits were given to this Seva Ashramam on that day. This Old Age Home was started basing on an incident. There is a women named Anasuya. She is a normal middle class women. She works as a teacher in near by school. Two old people lived in their own house near by her house. They have one daughter (married). The couple thought of going to Kasi for some days. By the time they returned to their home town. Their daughter sold the house and left them on the road. These Couple came to this teacher and asked for some food. From this incident she decided to maintain an old age home for such people. She started Sri Krishna Seva Ashraman and she is a devotee of Lord Krishna. Now she is maintaining old age home with 15 members.

Vijayawada     PHONE: 282803 STD Code:08659 Help was done in AMMA-NANNA Old Age Home in Vijayawada on December 26' 08. This old age home is near Ibrahimpatnam (Vijayawada). This is an old age home runned by Chalasani Venkateswara Rao garu and there are about 25 members in this old age home. This was established in the year 2000 on April 19th. On the behalf of Helping Hands Organization help was done in this trust. Groceries and Fruits were given to the old people here. Worth of 2300/- rupees of groceries were given here.
Nirmal Hriday Bhavan, Vijayawada     VISITED DATE : December 16' 2008     PLACE : Vijayawada Help was done in Nirmal Hriday Bhavan in Vijayawada .This is one of the branches of Mother Teresa Trust's in vijayawada. In Nirmal Hriday Bhavan, they take care of the affected people. And the people who are left outside because of diseases. This trust does not accept any cash funds from any one. The main principle of this trust is "They will not accept any donations from head office they will run the trust by the donations given in that particular city". They will accept all the things like groceries, clothes and utensils and all. The photos are not accepted in this trust.

Those children, who cannot find their homes for various reasons, are encouraged to choose from possibilities of rehabilitation - regular education/ training in various trades and other life-coping skills which would inculcate in them self esteem and self confidence to be self reliant. Help was done in vijayawada in Nava Jeevan Bala Bhavan. This was at Bavajipet in Vijayawada. There are so many children in this Bhavan. All the street children and orphans and children who were thrown out in their childhood were brought here. They were given shelter and education here. This have three branches in Vijayawada. One for small kids, one for street children (nava jeevan bhavan) and other for old people. Groceries were given to Nava Jeevan Bhavan on behalf of Helping Hands organisaiton in Vijayawada on 13/11/08. Groceries, Fruits and Sweets worth of Rs. 1800 (Rupees One thousand eight hundred only) given to these children.

He teaches brailey language for blind children. He completed his B.A and know he joined in the R.S.V.P Rao B.E.D college for B.E.D training in Gandhi Nagar of Vijayawada. He studies everything by hearing and writes his own notes in brailey language and attends the exams. As Jaya Raj garu was in need of the B.E.D college fees and money for record books. He was given six thousand rupees from helping hands organization.

Groceries provided to an old-man at Chilakaluripet     VISITED DATE : October 01, 2008     PLACE : Chilakaluripet Help was done to an old man named Mutyalu on behalf of Helping Hands Trust on October 1' 2008. He is 70 years old man. He used to work in a Theatre for his food. And now as he is suffering from health problem, he is not working now . Hence on behalf of Helping Hands trust provided groceries of 1115/- rupees to him.
